When I first got into weightlifting in high school, I was a skinny 125-pound kid with just 7% body fat. But through dedication, hard work, and smart training, I transformed my body. Today, I’m 185 pounds with the same 7% body fat, but now it’s all about muscle and definition.

Fitness has been a game-changer for me, and it felt only natural to turn my passion into a career as a personal trainer. I’m here to help you achieve your goals, just like I did, and to show you that with the right approach, anything is possible.
